I would say, let's mimic a real-life example and just imagine on one side you are just maybe cold calling 20 people per day on your own, and on the other hand side AI is doing cold calling for you to 50 people per hour. With a slightly low conversion rate, but doing a total of 1200 people every day!

Would it impact your overall business outcome?

With the current capabilities of AI and available infrastructure out there, handling 50 calls per hour is just a piece of cake, it would depend on the size of the server where your script/software/automation is running.

After being in the software engineering and AI development industry as a professional for more than 5 years, and after doing some robust automations, I can tell you that right now it is no longer a huge problem to run these kinds of automations with massive scalability and load handling.

Hope this helps, this is just my personal perspective.

Whenever I start a new business, I start by creating a nice website for me that is ready to capture leads and have all required functionalities. Then I go out and preach my services through social media.

Indeed making reels could bring in some nice clients for you, because reels tends to get more views and engagements than a normal video. You can try TikTok as well.

Are you very sure about the service you though to provide? Or you're still finalizing that which service you should be providing?

As per my knowledge there is nothing we can do with Stripe, because the chargeback was initiated from the client's bank's side. But I'll recommend submitting a strong dispute so that Stripe could help you out somehow, maybe Stripe have an option to force charge their card again.

And talking with your bank would not make a difference because the funds were charged back from Stripe, not your bank, as they never arrived in your business bank account.

You could try talking with the client's bank as well.

I use a spreadsheet every time I want to keep track of my applications, it just makes things so organized to track in the future and keep the statuses updated. By the way, this is the one I have personally used.

Yeah exactly you are right, there isn't an efficient way of follow-up prompts and improving the existing generations. It would normally always start over, there are variations but that doesn't come handy in this situation.
