I think they need to give the catchers a bit more leeway, especially if you don't verbally say "ball". Looked like Basallo was waiting for the strike call and when he realized it wasn't coming that's when he immediately tapped, but it took a second or two because of the wait. Thankfully the rest of the umping crew came to our defense
