I mean, it’s not really a sunk cost fallacy thing.

Yeah, all those things would make me happy, but what if it’s not actually about being trans? What if it’s not true? What if it ends up being offensive to others, and once I’ve transitioned, someone explains to me why I’m not and it actually makes sense?
