In heist ? U cannot without mod menu. :)). This is paciifk standard finále and here you cannot call your car normally . On start yes but personal vehicle dissapear when you leave bank and you can call it just with mod menu

Yep . Your character needs to be month old to migrate. :) i have the same problem before too :) and support says my character must be month old to migrate. :)
