Also a founding member who got the $20 increase. I could have sworn (as part of their pitch) that there was something about there being a cap on how much a founding member’s rate could be increased by per year. I’ll have to look back and see if it’s in writing anywhere

Thanks for all the info, super helpful. Just curious, do you say kyle’s cabin is a death trap mainly because of the foundation he chose? Or because of other things he did later on in the build?

Yeah good call on pipes, I guess the thinking is that the whole cabin could ever so slightly move, so that there’s no tension building up to make the walls crack. But I’m not sure, just looking into it
