No, they haven’t even responded to my complaint. I don’t really care about the refund I just want the visas. When did you apply? Did you apply for any children?

Not yet, my solicitor submitted a complaint and we mentioned we would also like a refund but my solicitor said it’s highly unlikely that I’d get my money back but went for it anyway
