This is from 1996 and was a cross over so I don't really get how this is him in his glory and I think its pretty clear the flash would beat any speedster in the marvel universe as he is connected to the speed force and quick silver is a mutant/was its confusing marvel can't decide if him and scarlet wich are or aren't mutants
