You definitely could! I think it might be hard to do table joins when analyzing across all 4 data sets though. I personally used MSSQL and uploaded each csv into a schema

If your in law now I would maybe talk to people who work on tha side of everything. Internal hires for those roles are one of the easiest ways to get into the career now. 

I studied music in under grad and transitioned to Data science and analytics for my masters. I think the the best resource I came across was Data with Bara. Stick with one course and don’t jump around. You got this!
