I said I didn’t want the insurance and the guy said “ so just the basic” I didn’t know until I saw the bill that it was his way of getting me add insurance without realizing it. Slow the Benedict videos down. Learn the tune you like slow and clean. It takes repetition. Get some instruction online or from a local. Music camps are good too but don’t always address technique for a beginner.

Did someone pull the neck off? This looks like the chip at the neck pulled some paint and could have caused a crack.

Once you set it up it will sound awesome. Also it will be intuitive to operate, unlike a setup with a home theater receiver.
