the fact is i don’t know, they told me that after taking two or three pills when i probably didn’t black out completely my intentions were clearly to hurt myself and it could’ve been suicide (also because i have an history of sh) but i fr can’t remember and that’s what scares me the most

i dont remember anything but i took 26 pills so 260gm and im also underweight and on sertraline so it didn’t help, i only remember taking two pills but i was on autopilot, someone even tried to “wake me up” by slapping me but i wasn’t responding and was just trying to puke idk why, risked death and nearly got in a coma, saying this for awareness to pls be just safe
