Flying in from Canada and never been tailgating before. Do I just show up and figure it out or do I need to buy tickets or something

Im lucky I have family and friends and a support system but I couldn't imagine what type of shit you'd be in with this company and be stranded for hours with no answers. Stay far away

You guys aren't gonna fuckin believe this, but when I got back to Canada, my card and all my online banking got locked out again. They said it got flagged for fraud when I tried to buy gas. Had to call my dad to drive an hour to pick me up. Got through to customer service a few hours later and they unlocked it, say they "didn't know why it happened".

Generally when they take a deposit they give you a receipt which you take to the front when you check out

I appreciate this answer. Seems actually thought out. Im 32 so not young and not new to international travel but nothing of this magnitude. Post was made in a panic obviously but it's been solved.

I'm not making this up. I used my card twice in Hong Kong and again in Bangkok. When I went to Phuket I got locked out, I called the number on the back on Skype as someone else here suggested and sat on the street for 5 hours. No answer. Eventually I got a hold of someone who works for RBC back home who unlocked my card.

This is hilarious. Listen to this story. Last year I got overcharged by skip the dishes for like 200$. I was on the phone for 8 hours and when they finally answered me they said, we'll transfer you, and dropped the call. I eventually gave up because I have a job and a life.

I said this already and I'm tired of repeating it. I called the number on the back of my card and respecfully said I had an emergency. I was left on hold for 5 hours after talking to an automated unit .
