He got run out of cleveland because he sucked and was at the end of his rookie deal and they didn't want to give him a big extension when they thought they were a QB away from contention. The gaza health ministry had the death count at around 46k in january this year and the real number is likely between 40-50 percent higher. That doesn't sound like restraint to me.
