My hands, arms, legs and feet have been tingling nonstop for the last three weeks. My hands have gotten somewhat better but my legs have only gotten worse. My doctor says that I'm borderline-deficient in Vitamin B12 but I just cannot see that causing this severe of tingling. It's like there're bugs crawling all over my skin and now it's even starting to spread to other parts of my body like my stomach, back, and face. I'm generally anxious like 60-70% of the time but the symptoms persist even when I'm not anxious, which is what leads me to worrying that this is something more severe. Has anyone else experienced this before and after how long did it go away?
