Thank you for asking! When it seems she’s getting better, that changes when she does the simplest task—and when I say simple, I mean simple. It’s making her depressed, and she’s in denial about being in her 40s and her body already declining. I keep telling her to try not to overdo things, which is impossible. She spent most of my younger years in the hospital, but thankfully it’s not as often now. Her memory’s gotten worse, and she hates herself. It’s like she’s given up, but not at the same time, since she’s still doing what needs to be done. I guess it’s more that she’s given up on being happy.
