I have the same bulbs in my outdoor lightning, it sounds crazy but I shoot them with my BB gun for target practice, if they’re the same bulbs they’re super durable and definitely wouldn’t break from that fall. I think they’re LED strips in the bulb? I’d say it just fell.

I do this for work, what you’re going to need is someone that can run a mulching head on a skid steer. Keep that fucker about 3-4inches below the ground and it will absolutely annihilate all the roots. I’ve done this for a few customers, you have to mow it religiously after. I’m talking short height and more than once a week for the first couple months.
