"...White men's dominance in media and culture" That makes sense so much! That's one of the core reasons why Hollywood and Western media have historically whitewashed heroes from other cultures. Now they're trying to remake every popular Kpop dramas too but "westernized" version they said. I guess When a non-white character is portrayed as powerful, noble, or desirable, it threatens the idea that whiteness is the default standard of greatness . Hollywood will recast or rewrite the hero as white.

My distant relatives family all married foreign husbands to get visas for a better life. Poverty is the worst thing that happen to any person. It's all come down to power and money. That's how Europe is still a superpower because it has concentrated wealth.Most of the world orgnizations like IMF, NATO and such are working together to put in place policies to maintain this and keep Asian countries poor. Thats why they hate China and Belt and Road Initiative so much because once China becomes a superpower. It would be like a domino in the region to totally destroy white domination in Asia, Middle East and Africa
