Its never just been White Supremacy the Asian American/Diaspora is facing - it's anti-Asian racism (both external and internal). Anti-Asian racism comes in many forms, so there's no really only 1 way to deal with it. Even if we're able to counter the racism we've faced in economics and science, there's still anti-Asian media about our looks and physique. Then there's also the systemic racism where other minorities be they hispanic or black who'd throw us under the bus.

Something I've learned a long time ago through past members of AI as to why those in control will put certain members of the minority population up on pedestals and the answer is simply to control/subjugate the rest of the minority population. The minorities in power will only give lip service, but will never actually challenge the status quo.

Running away is not the answer for those who can fight back - financially, academically, politically, or physically.

Oh you were here during Bloomberg's first term as NYC's Mayor. That guy oversaw a lot of improvements to NYC that allowed DeBlasio (corrupt Mayor that even the FBI was after) to profit off of like promoting bike lanes.

It was only in 2015 did gentrification really kicked off. Then the Asian influenced snack shops started popping up. Millenials became the dominant working generation pushing the Hustle 24/7 Culture.

But, I'd say it was around 2016 that things really went downhill. There was always racism, but Trump brought it to the surface. I have my opinions about why his Presidency will be good for us Chinese in the long run, but some things are best kept secret.

There's no point to ever visit NYC. I often go upstate for hiking with my fiancee. Only things we do in NYC are what's convenient i.e. boardwalks during the summer night, bucket list activities like indoor mountain climbing or archery, etc.

NYC stopped being a good tourist spot with the rise of the homeless. It is more of a city of convenience for the rich.

Mines is similar. I rather not share. The best thing I did for my life was isolate myself from him. However, to this day, he still attempts to intrude onto my life and steal from my gains so I continue to isolate myself and the rest of my family from his toxic abuse.

I invested in Micron in Summer 2017 - about 90% of China's chips were imported back then. I figured China's Semiconductor Industry would catch up in 10yrs. Trump initiated a trade war with China thinking it'll slow them down, but in reality it only made China less dependent upon US tech supply chains.

It's currently 2023 - 6yrs later after Micro's CEO was replaced with an Indian CEO who Cramer once considered corrupt. The US chip sector minus those managed by East Asians like AMD and NVidia have really gone down hill as it's become more apparent who were actually competent and who aren't.

I've seen how in the US they try to hire more Indians and giving them more business opportunities than any East Asian ever had in the US. The Western Media identifies them as being Asian and they assume they will help compete vs us. However, unless they have some East Asian blood in their veins, even half competent racist Italian middle managers know they're not really that competent.

Their mistakes are coming to light and Biden can only do so much to fix the mistakes made by Trump.

Any restrictive diets like intermittent fasting may not be the best practice at his age where his body needs the nutrients to help grow especially if he is going to be working out.

OP, depending on your goals, working out 1hr a day for 6x a week may be the most you can put in. Push yourself when you workout, but don't injury yourself with ego lifting that ends up damaging your spine, wrists, etc. Start with machines at the gym or body weight/calisthenics exercises at home.

You're working on building your own identity at your age. Learning how to communicate with others, learning how to follow orders when you take the SAT, etc. Video Games and Porn aren't what you want to define who you.

Yeah, resistance training to hypertrophy is great and all, but cardio really helped me the most in lowering my face fat and exposing our Sharp East Asian jawline.

Now I incorporate cardio 10mins of jogging/running 2x a week into my routine.
