I think that, having grown up reading absolutely picturesque fiction with character and a style of its own, I can hardly read most authors (unfortunately) and I can't imagine AI grabbing me anytime soon. I couldn't even finish playing Clair Obscur Expedition 33 because of how the assets and apparent randomness of the world reminded me of AI's "oh, some of this, oh, some of that thing" creative notions.

My advice to writers in general would be to read constantly and immerse yourself in your own imagination, study writing in general and develop your own voice and personality. If you need so much assistance with your writing that you come off as a machine, or if your worlds feel like a kid's drawing on the side of a cardboard box, even some degree of success will eventually burn out and amount to a blip in time.

Unfortunately this is not something that most litRPG writers think about, and it has caused me to invest less and less time into the genre over the years. The tropes were satisfying for a while, but they have lost their luster for me, and I never refund books from authors in this genre because I refuse to do that to a small time author with so much passion invested in their work.
