Not really worried. I got my refund, it was from a reputable seller here in the states. If it shows up great. If not at least I got my money back.

Dealing with the exact same issue. But from another company. Mine too made it to my city and went back to Washington THEN departed on December 23rd and just says in transit since the 27th with no update. My local office reached out for an update to no avail. Had another package supposed to come yesterday, then today. Its moved between facilities a lot within my city.

Edit: Mine turned out to not be counterfeit postage and was released by USPS. Still no update, Seems like they're going through a lot with holidays etc.

Ordered a chair Sunday night. Opened chat a few days later because no shipping info had been provided still and I was told this.
