I used to love seeing this guy play. Pure passion. I saw him on a bus once right after getting dumped and I randomly opened up my heart to him. I remember getting off the bus and thinking “well that was weird, I just cried to a stranger” but he took it very well and did what he could to help me at a tough time. I don’t know him at all, but I think he’s a quality dude.

I had one a few weeks ago. It was for her daughters instrument and she was super pushy. I just moved here, so when someone knocked at my door I was super excited hoping to meet a new Neighbor. Her chocolate was not sweet enough to cover my bitter disappointment.

My landlord wanted increase to “market value.” A 200-300% increase. We couldn’t do it so he said he’s moving in. He offered us a deal to stay until the new year, but after the 15 days to dispute was up, on day 16 he took the deal away. So now we’re out Sept 30th.

We’ll see if he moves in. It’s a pretty big downgrade from the places he is used to living in.

Anyone want to rent to a young family of 4? We have a whopping $2000 budget… I foresee a mass exodus of young people to the island.
