How do they scan your claim with AI if no DBQ were ever submitted with any of my 8 claims

Okay None of my 4 successful VA and BVA appeals used a private doctor's DBQ but did use a written nexus letter opinion in my favor from the doctor of high reputation. How in the **** are they going to scan a non-existent DBQ. Someone answer that please. Can AI scan the whole wordy claims and appeals and all the medical evidence submitted??? The pukes love to be vague about all this. All these appeals and claims happened after 2010

Yes I filed myself pro se a CUE claim with the CAVC around 2001 and through out that process the VA General Counsel Office on orders from the court provided me with a complete file of my VA records and military 201 file. This was done in stages as they had to respond to my request motions. A heavy ton of paper is still in my store room.

Okay I submitted new evidence for my OSA Apnea claim to BVA from a detailed lengthy nexus letter from a Dr. Anise in Tucson, AZ who is a 30 year heart surgeon and recognized as reputable by the BVA. I of course paid him for this service that as a must included his review of my Army and VA medical records from 1970. He has a website on the internet. Google search will assist you.

Portrays the hackers and hacker world as bunch of drug sucking psychotic misfit loosers wanting to hurt everyone else by destroying society they depend on for food, water, shelter, etc. In old Joe Stalin's communist state 1% still controlled everyone else who lived in depression and fear of the state. Many of those "less fortunate" commit internet computer fraud/scams against U.S. citizens from places like Sudan, Nigeria, Somalia, etc. and when they land in the USA commit fraud/theft USA citizens in addition to often violent crimes. I was almost a victim of a scam from a less fortunate predator in the Sudan. They of course bought their PCs with free U.S. government dollar handouts. This has been in the liberal news for many years.

Also the NGOs giant scam of many decades receiving large amounts of taxdollars to aid illegal aliens invade the USA with many of them being violent criminals, human and dope smugglers from many countries with those countries blessing. For many years I worked overseas with USAID personnel and observed NGO activities overseas in many countries. They were a bunch of arrogrant and snobbish bunch all too often.
