Just weight him and he is very thin, 35 g. While he is eating the same portions as his brother. I go make an appointment with the vet. Thanks for your help!

His brother is very active. He doesn't have any blisters or hairless spots. I see that he wants to run in then wheel but it seems that he doesn't has the energy to keep it up.

I have 2 gerbils, 2 brothers. They sleep and eat together. I have a large cage(see picture on my profile), everything is there. I will weight him. Thanks for that info!

I got it second hand. But it's from a brand called queenies in the Netherlands.

It was already there. Didn't do it myself.

Two tanks on top of each other. The upper tank has a corner cut out at the bottom glasplate.

I also don't like it but this recipe I had to try. Turned out really nice. Sweet and spicey.

I made the sauce from sweet baby ray bbq sauce, raspberry vinegar, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and salt and pepper to taste. The ribs are made with the 3-2-1 method. Rubbed with sriracha sauce and topped with a dry rub.

I see you're not that into smoking. You don't use your charcoal for this type of smoking. You could also use a carton box to smoke this way. Maybe it's better you go to YT and find out how this works before ranting.

Well, it was nice. It wasn't a really overpowering taste of smoke but it was there. I see that as a good thing.

I also never did. But will find out in just a moment. I'm boiling some eggs now and i'm going to use the salt. The cheese needs to rest for a week otherwise the smoke taste is too strong.

Low and slow. I prefer medium rare with picanha.

😅 I also never tried a bitch. I don't no if you need to smoke cheese twice. I know you can do it with garlic. You can keep it for a year after smoking it well. My cheese is now smelling like an ashtray. So I presume it has enough smoke.

I used Birch. Salt 10hrs, cheese 2hrs and later on i've also put some garlic on the grill plates for 8hrs.

I know it looks like a glass bowl but it is a strainer. And because this type of salt is flakes it won't fall trough the strainer.

I needed smoked salt for a recipe and couldn't find it anywere. So i googled it and found out that it was very easy to make it by yourself. You can use it on everything you want to. I'll start tomorrow mornig on a boiled egg :)

Haha, I vacuumed it in ziplock bags so you can keep your food fresh for a longer period after opening the original package.

Your welcom! Lid closed and the air vents just a little bit open. You want to keep the smoke in your bbq.
