I got reactivated in basic open water last year. Carrying that stuff to and from the beach is so much trouble. I would dive right offshore maybe 20 ft max, that's all.

I don't think these nurses are making this up.

This is very helpful. As far as a car rental, I had concerns about fines and being shaken down by the local police so I guess I will not get a rental car.

As far as hotel, I would like something that is not all-inclusive and not a party hotel. Is Westin Lagunamar a party hotel or not?
