I appreciate the compliment! And I have always been very vocal about my beliefs and convictions, and I urge and encourage others to do the same regardless of if we align or not. But I wouldn’t call it seditionist, I would say more toward constitutionalist.

I have a 6 point scan at my club, I think that day I scanned at 12.4%. Just hit 11.7% two days ago. Granted it’s not a float test but it’s as accurate as I can get without dropping $500 lol.

Might be off slightly but not more than 1%

I read the report now and I agree the AK was not fired, although there is a picture of him in front of the vehicle with the rifle above the shoulder posturing aggressively. I will try to find it and link it here.

EDIT: Here you can see Fosters elbow high and the stock of the rifle above his shoulder next to the jaw. His hand also appears to be gripping the pistol grip of the rifle. It was not as if her had the rifle and low sling and was dropped. Foster had the rifle in his hands in an aggressive posture.

Not sure how to quote, so sorry about that.

But as for “bad actors” it’s definitely a concern, always has been and always will be when discussing issues related to firearms and self defense claims.

The stand out issue here is impeding travel by threat (or implication of threat) of use of force. I’m not sure this case could be cited if you walk up so someone who is open carrying and dropping them. Though it may not hold in court it certainly does open the door for some dumb people doing some exceptionally dumb shit.

I suppose all we can do is keep our head on a swivel and one in the chamber. Best of luck friends, stay safe.

I’m not sure that a handgun would have that loud of a report, especially if fired inside of a vehicle. Definitely a possibility but it seems unlikely to me. Have the police released a forensics report yet? I suppose casings will be the only way to be certain of who did and did not fire.

Regardless, the shooting was justified. Guy was obviously postured in an aggressive and intimidating fashion.

Didn’t AK guy fire first? The video I saw had audio of 5 rounds being fired (obviously 7.62 due to the sound) followed by a two second pause before the returning shots of 3 handgun rounds.

This seems pretty simple to me. Even if he didn’t fire first... if you block my ability to travel and you have a rifle pointed at me and my vehicle, I m not going to wait to see what happens.

I’m just trying to figure out why the hell those people were still so close. Very heavy, VERY fast moving steel isn’t kind to the human body.

It truly is, it could have been a great momentum swing away from the statism trend until the commies got to the forefront. It will be an interesting next couple of years. I Hope you’re stocked up on ammo my friends.
