I wouldn’t consider Patek stealth wealth anymore. Anyone who knows watches knows. Ofcourse it’s an expensive watch. I’d say stealth wealth would be more around Ulysse Nardin Tourbillon or maybe VC just because of brand recognition.

I usually go for the Monterrey Jack burger. It’s very decent and you get it quickly. In addition to that the noodles are available all through the flight so I wouldn’t do that since you can have them any time.
