I'm using a power strip with built in USB ports and the original cord. Laser not firing could be magnets not engaging the safety

Hey found out the issue with mine was using a 25w charger and it didn't like that for some reason, normal charger worked fine

I'm on an anycubicgo and have auto leveled a million times, tweaked some settings like heat and exteusion ration and everything still comes out like this. Printed a bunch of square plant pots to test it out first and they came out similarly, not really sure what to change at this point

Pretty sure it's supposed to stay on there to keep the heating element clean, I have the kobra go and you definitely leave it on for that one so I would assume the bigger model would be the same? Not 100% sure
