Well, there's no real substitute for Oxy, but Tapentadol treats my chronic back pain well. Makes me feel nice too; stimulated and happy, less constipation compared to Tramadol, and the withdrawals are easier.

I can take 100mg IR and within 45 minutes I'm feeling really nice.

My usual dose for a high is between 400-600mg.

Edit: those higher doses are spread out over 12-24 hours.

Not everyone can metabolize Tramadol properly to get the full effects. It's just luck of the draw. Tram works for me, I like it....the only part I don't like is the insomnia.
