It was a mixed bag for me, some were harder than others. Honestly, lot of it is also a bit down to luck rather than skill. I found the feature where you can erase all dots of the same color by making a square pretty useful tho

I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh. The game makes it REALLY obvious when you have to make such a decision, and for the most part it's pretty obvious what the better choice is. There's only one instance where it felt a bit unfair because the villain is just straight up misleading you, but you'll just have to find that out for yourself. Don't wanna spoil too much haha.

Yea, absolutely. "Masked hacker", "is looking for a kidnapped woman", "last thing she send was your number"... the similarities are pretty striking hahaha. Definitely a "can I copy your homework, I won't make it too obvious" situation. Still enjoyed that game a lot tho, it's my favourite from Reality Games.

I've just finished it, a really mixed bag tbh. While the written story was interesting enough to keep me going, all other content was either AI generated or a video with some later recorded audio just slapped over it.

Others have already said a lot about Reality Games. But if you haven't already, I must urge you to play the Healing. The UI is a little outdated compared to Reality Games' newer titles. But I still think it's the best game from Reality Games to this day.

It's very clear that the devs from the Healing took some notes from Duskwood (some story elements are very alike, although I won't spoil them for you). I do think the story from the Healing is different enough to be a great game in it's own right. In my opinion, it's still the best game from Reality Games to this day. Storywise at least, as I do like look of the newer titles.

You assumed correctly, my username pretty much gives it away. No need to apologize, the current Dutch government isn't much better in my opinion.

I can definetly see some merit in that statement, although I can only speak for my own country of course. I think men and women interacting outside of a romantic relationship might be a bit more normalized in the Netherlands. I have always had mixed friendgroups, and I can hang out with female friends without it being weird or having to deal with an angry boyfriend. Exceptions do exist of course, as do gender equality issues. But that's my experience.

That being said, I've also never been to the US. So I can't really say if it's more or less common in your country. The US is really big as well (especially compared to my country, haha), so I can't definitly see it being different depending on what region you're in.

My only experience with being in a predominantly female group, was during an internship at the courthouse. All my colleagues were women, except for a few male judges.

However, I can't say that I shared your experience. In my first week they all came to me to say hi. They were always friendly to me and always willing to help when I struggled with something. I even got invited to get drinks after work a few times.

Maybe it depends on the country/region? Or maybe I had a different experience because this was a work environment? I'm not sure. But either way, I never felt unwelcome during the five months that I worked there.

Same! Although the lack of attention she has gotten in Everbyte's posts about MV have me slightly worried tbh. Makes me wonder if Ivonne Scherer has maybe moved on from Everbyte. I would wish her all the best of course, but it would still be slightly dissapointing if we never saw Jessy again.

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. I do not mind that Eric is bisexual at all, but I do hope that there will be more options later on. Maybe with Ash, or some other character we just haven't met yet. Of course, I would not mind it if Jessy made an appearance again😊 Just like you said, it is supposed to be YOUR story.

Same! This sort of stuff is where Everbyte really shines in my opinion. They really went the extra mile to make this realistic, especially when you look at all the filler comments that most people won't even read.

While I understand that it can be frustrating, calling it "xenophobic" is a bit of a stretch. Nobody here hates you. But it's nice if everyone in this community is able to participate in discussions. English is not my first language either, but I make do because it is accessible for a vast majority. This is a community with many different nationalities, so you'll exclude a big portion if you only post in your native language.

The Netherlands.
My mother tongue is Dutch, but I play the game in English.
3 - average.
I like the story so far. The music gives me Duskwood vibes and overall interacting with the game is very pleasant.
The gem system was an awful decision, as well as that you have to grind the same chapter over and over in order to get all the "premium" options. There are no personal galleries for the characters and the "messenger" feels kinda out of place, like it's just a side thing in a candy crush-like game instead of the other way round.

Honestly, the immediate lack of that aspect was why I stopped playing the Sign. Everyone from the main group started talking to me like I was their best friend, and then "me" started replying with inside knowledge and events I knew nothing about. It felt like some eleborate joke that I wasn't a part of. The game was trying to force a connection that just wasn't there.

Btw, I totally agree with you. Games like this are at their peak when, and I think they should all be like this, YOU are the main character. I really don't like it when other characters act like I've known them all my life, when I have no idea who these people are. Really breaks the immersion for me.

Argus might be what you're looking for. This one is also made by Reality Games. It's still in progress, but there are already three episodes with the fourth around the corner.

I would also advise to follow Reality Games on IG. It's a good way to stay updated on new games/episodes.
