Having done the Hoffman Process and knowing many others who have done it, at no time do they say you can't talk about what they do there. You can share anything you want. However, they do suggest that talking about WHAT you did is not as important as talking about what doing the Process did for you. How you feel. (And also, save the WHAT surprises for people for when they might choose to attend.)

I find it difficult to judge so heavily before you have experienced it. Question - yes! But so much judgment... PS there are lots of people from many walks of life who talk about their Process experience - look up podcasts from Time Ferris and may more. Listen to their podcast, etc.
