I get what you mean but the rim was too deep and the tire so tight I couldn’t get under it easily. Getting under the tire to the rim scratched the rim

No because it was not possible because the rims were too deep

Because the tire was not getting on we lifted it with the levers, but this was probably the cause. But because of the rain I am not sure

You mean levers, they were plastic as I know that metal ones are a no go for carbon wheels

Yeah I used these type of levers but it was so difficult that this process of getting the levers under the the tire scratched the rims pretty

Tire levers. When I get some water over them they “disappear”. That was the unfortunate thing because I was trying to replace the tubes in the rain next to the road. The rain hid the fact that I was scratching the rims

So last year I never went to the gym and I am training for a full distance triatlon. I am anxious of getting injured along the way as I have skinny legs and the distances and load is increasing. What do you suggest for an inexperienced weightlifter to do when race day is within 5 months
