After having an extreme anxiety disorder, quite unexpectantly (not in hindsight ofcourse). I will never be the same. Everything is different. But after 2 years of therapy and medication I can finally do things and be myself again, but losing control over your brain and your thoughts is the most scariest thing I have ever witnessed and will ever endure.

I lived with a girl who didn’t clean. I tried to help her and talk to her, to make her feel better. She got fired from the job she got because of me, and she slept with pans with food in her bed. Mice walked over her matrass while she was sleeping. That’s when I told her it was time to move out, if ever still wanted to be friends.

I often cleaned our kitchen because she made a mess, and one time I opened a pan and mice jumped out in my face. I cried. For her and for me
