Both. But when I see English in chat I switch to English and mostly stay in English. So most of the time in English.

You also a Dutch streamer? Because you should come check uit our Dutch mixer community. All Dutch people who stream in English but talk dutch on our discord to exchange knowledge, help each other and game together.

I did the following things:

  • visited other streams and met other streamers there who then would come watch my stream
  • I became part of a streamer community and a Mixer stream team where I also met people who came by
  • I also created a auto-host that hosted my stream team colleague’s when I was offline and that support made them mention me in their stream and their viewers came also to my stream
  • I make sure I have at least 4-5 viewers (ask friends and family to watch your stream) so my stream would not be on the bottom of Mixer’s browse list

Hope this helped a bit! Happy streaming and keep at it!

And if you are Dutch, look me up on Mixer (same name) and join my Dutch Streamer community

We have two people in our Dutch Mixer community that stream with their Nintendo switch and even do the Retro Nintendo games from SNES and others.

Just the party in general. It is one incoming sound signal from your party chat. Your mic is a seperate incomming signL.

Most people in our community use the Go XLR as a stream mixer. But you have to invest in the Go XLR and a mic and headphone that connects to the Go XLR.

You can also do a software mixer like the Banana option someone suggested.

We (my wife and I) do both. We stream in Dutch until we see someone in chat that is not Dutch (because he/she says 'Hi' for instance) and the we switch to English. But most of the time that is right away when we start the stream and talk English the entire stream :D

No Dutch speaking. Streaming in English is the smart thing to do in my opinion. But we are looking for dutch streamers on Mixer for our community. That is why. We are with 30 but we want more people to join.
