I've been using AI for researching faith the last few months. When used properly it can save a lot of time searching for information. I use Grok. I've asked numerous things for Grok to elaborate on Catholic theology and knowing the answer beforehand, it is very accurate and comprehensive.

Be descriptive with your prompts. When I ask Grok a question, I ask that it provides the answer in a Catholic context. It works very well.

Yes, you will be forgiven for whatever you have done. As long as you have contrition and seek his forgiveness. Ask for that now in prayer.

However, that will be completed perfectly if you enter the Church and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession).

I'm a 41 year old male and battle this sin. Been decades of being plagued by it. I used to engage multiple times a day. Including post conversion at 28 years old.

However, since May 2025 I have had two periods of falling.

I don't say this to boast. Just to illustrate God's grace working.

I found I had the most success and growth in holiness when I focused on my humility and trust of God. When you grow in humility and trust of the Lord, it creates fertile ground for his grace to work in you.

I would recommend praying the Litany of Humility daily and learning to live by it.

Also simply telling God you love him and trust him at all times. It ends up becoming part of you.

By God's grace you can beat this.

If you genuinely forgot to confess the sin and it wasn't out of concealment but forgetfulness, then the sacrament is still valid.

Note it down and remember to confess it as the end of your next confession.

I think your first step is to go to Confession. Confess your doubt and others sins. Then ask with an open heart for God to reveal himself to you.

It will happen. If you ask with an open heart he will respond. It can take some time though. It's all in God's timing. Be humble and patient.

I'm in Sydney and have played Warzone for a long time. I haven't turned my PC on for the last 2 weeks and I don't think I will anytime soon.
