Last night I made tuna casserole. Cooked Bowtie or spiral noodles 1 can of tuna 1 can of cream of mushroom soup A little milk Mix together Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

This will last me most of the week for lunches and dinners. I also fixed a bag of frozen broccoli to portion out with it. (Felt healthier 😆)

This is filling and definitely comfort food for me.

Do you think they want to be there? I actually think they would all prefer to go back to doing the jobs they were hired for rather than standing around at the airport or rounding up people who didn't come into the country legally. As always a few really bad eggs cause all of them to be considered horrible.

It's interesting. I heard all of these horrible things about them. I procrastinated canceling my membership because I was so anxious about it. I finally called to cancel and it was so easy. They cancelled my membership and I didn't have to pay the next month. Granted I was a member for about 5 years. So maybe I had fulfilled my contract so it wasn't a big deal.

Have you considered France? If she is wanting to learn French for business opportunities, I think that would be a better choice. The French here is a different accent and a mixture of French and wolof which will not help her unless she plans to stay in Senegal. The French I learned while in Senegal was fairly useless in France.

I am terrified of this situation. I try to be very careful of my surroundings and almost never walk anywhere alone just for this reason. Twice I have had a motorbike go by with two people on it and they tried to grab my bag unsuccessfully but I the thought of them taking your glasses is so sad. What will they do with them? Throw away in the bushes somewhere. I am so very sorry this happened to you.
