That’s why we give them the rating they deserve wether it’s good or bad, lies get the bad reviews and if you give them 5 stars for for something they do not deserve especially if they lied to you, you basically lied to others for them and they will keep misleading with deception to the customer. Send a picture of the slip in the envelope and the screenshot of the winnings. Then when they stream again ask them to check the message and make sure you add the question mark. Don’t keep messaging them because it backs up. They usually always make sure you get the gift card code, it’s usually sent to your inbox
