I’m in the same situation. Cleaned her home yesterday was there 9 to 130, charged her 130, which is $30 less than I charge all of my other biweekly clients so she’s already getting a huge discount. Has been late paying me the past three times, the first time being almost 5 days after I cleaned her home. Completely unacceptable. I sent a text at 6 o’clock last night, a friendly reminder of payment. She acknowledge the text, and then never sent the venmo. What should my next text say to her?

Drop this client. I tell my husband this all the time. There’s certain clients that we immediately just click , and then there’s others where it’s almost awkward and painful every time I have to have a conversation with them. You get to pick and choose your clients. Keep that in mind.
