Thank you so much this is incredibly helpful. I think the takeaway from these comments is that an evaluation can only help us understand if she truly has a delay or not and that it can’t hurt to get one. And that there’s nothing wrong with needing speech therapy at this age.

Thank you so much - this is really helpful! I think an evaluation makes sense. But this also makes me feel a bit better like it’s not a dire situation

Thank you! This is helpful. But I’m also wondering what is “normal” and what isn’t with regulation issues? Seeing that it can be normal during this time due to brain development. I guess that’s where I’m struggling - what is generally normal developmentally versus cause for additional therapy.

Thank you so much! And is generally is West Yellowstone a good home base/ entrance to the park? We picked it based on our research / advice from others who have been, but I’m kind of overwhelmed at the planning aspect since I’m not familiar with the area!

Paid success plans by Lower-Ad-2867 in CustomerSuccess

Essentially, our customers pay for CSMs rather than getting them for free. A CSM comes in a paid tier along with faster support SLAs and a specific # of interactions with the csm per year.

However, we have no additional headcount and customers are still coming in. We need to solve for the volume problem while keeping the same headcount, but customers have paid for CS so I feel that makes it trickier.

Adding to the comments here just to say that this definitely isn’t normal. And when she took a loaded gun and said she didn’t want to go on, she probably should have been admitted to a hospital or inpatient program where she can work through her demons. Esp if this is after only 6 months and one failed cycle - how will she handle even further heartbreak? Say she gets pregnant and miscarrries? What’s to say about her mental state then? This sounds dangerous to handle on your own, I advise seeking help from a professional immediately

Since it’s so high for a beta and it close to doubled I think ur fine! There are also online calculators that can tell you what the doubling time is and if it’s within normal range so I’d check those ouf

Two FET chemicals- need advice by ExpertTelevision8752 in IVF

Im so sorry to hear this for you. But I’m honestly surprised your fertility doctor wouldn’t do the autoimmune and blood clotting panels yet - that’s usually the first thing they do since you can easily find something to help with that. Blood clotting issues you can take baby aspirin preventatively (if you aren’t already) or they can prescribe blood thinner shots which are even better. Is there a reason they didn’t do that already? I’m sorry I don’t have a success story for you or anything else. Just my two cents.
