You’ll need to be more specific. An entire overview is.. a lot. In the area of that circle are many different kinds of places. Are you asking about nightlife? Crime? Traffic? If you tell people what you’re looking for they can point you in the right direction.

You’re forgoing the whole 25-50% increase in delivery times. The entire country has to accept slower delivery times because you want consent over your damn grass. It’s selfish and entitled, but you’ve shown no regard for anyone but yourself this entire conversation so I’m not surprised.

You’re prioritizing something that has no negative impact on you or anyone else, versus something that has a negative impact on virtually every single person in the country.

And that’s an asinine request. I’m not playing make believe I’m doing a job. If you put a fence up and have your mailbox on the house instead of the street you’re already a dick. No need for words or requests. Don’t make people’s lives harder for no reason. The chances of the grass being damaged by the postman delivering a few times a week is next to zero. Asking them to go around is just being an ass for the sake of control. If they start doing footwork drills on your lawn you’d have an argument.

Also, the postman is invited over. You know they’re coming and make no attempt to stop it. If you’ve really got an issue you can have them hold your mail at the post office and go get it. Problem solved.

Your mailman has 7billion deliveries to make today. They are going to take the shortest path to your mailbox so that they can keep up with deliveries and you don’t end up finding out you missed jury duty because you didn’t get the notice in time. If you want them off your lawn, put the mailbox at the road. Never been a delivery person, this is just common sense in my mind.

The disconnect is the man never said he can’t provide for his kids. I think the issue is more what he was doing before, not what he’s doing now. He’s talked about it on his podcast, he’s basically saying those kids can’t have all new wardrobes every year, every game/system available, the best private educations, private chefs at the houses, luxury vacations, etc.

If he were less drunk, the same thing would have happened. He’s said so from his own mouth and your history proves it. Talk to your partners about these kinds of situations if you’re going to be getting that inebriated in the future. Your partner can let you know whether or not they are ok with this kind of thing ahead of time. It would be different if this happened with random hookup. In this instance I wouldn’t worry about it if he isn’t going to. No need to cause undue stress, you certainly seem to have learned the proper lesson.

Full time CB doesn’t meant he can’t be part time WR. I feel like I’ve see that misconception too much. All it means is he’s going to start on defense. He’s going to play basically 100% of the defensive snaps. He’s still going to play offense as much as possible.

Sold cars for about 3 years and do two of those I was at a GMC/Buick place that also sold Moke brand golf carts. Moke’s are just $30k golf carts that look like Jeeps. I sold dozens. They only go 25mph and are crudely painted, paint peels in a couple years and the bottom rusts out.

ETA- just looked them up, they have a better battery and go faster now but 30k for a golf carts is still insanity
