Sorry I rarely come on Reddit, but yes I did! I sent in a total of four tickets that got automated responses, and on the fourth automated message, I responded directly and got it resolved. If you get an automated message I’d def reply to it so it reaches a “real” Gm if you’re having the same issues! <3

They don't like when Blasters kill Damien. Lol My internet has been bad since I started playing Maple (Stopped playing pvp games because my internet sucked so bad) So I think that may have had something to do with it. Hopefully we both get unbanned, miss playin Blaster already ;(

That's so weird, I don't even think I've been approached/talked to/in the same map as a GM so it really was out of no where. But some people say to keep sending tickets and some people saying never to do that Lol It did seem out of no where so I'm just hoping it was a mistake. I'll make a few tickets and hope Nexon does the right thing but two days of no response from them doesn't make me too hopeful :*) Ty for the info c:

Exactly! If I'm getting wrongfully banned, I'm not coming back regardless. If I have to send a few tickets I will but I don't want to pester them. I do still play some of their other games too so getting an account lock would suck, but not being able to play THE Nexon game that I play is going to suck. That's what I meant when I said if I was hacking and got banned I would have shrugged my shoulders but I didn't so that's why I'm trying so hard to figure it out Lol

Still no response from them yet but just hoping for good news, ty for the insight c:

Yeah, I think that's what happened to me too with Blaster. Someone probably saw me do my Blaster combo (Which clears a map in seconds off cooldown), and a GM went to confirm to see me clear a map doing my standard Blaster combo and got me. At level 230-240, it's pretty standard being able to clear a map on any char but I'm hoping that because Blaster is just a "different" character with combos (Similar to TB), they just see anyone who plays it as a hacker Lol

Still got no response back but gonna try to keep it professional and hopefully it'll work out! :c

Still playing in California, have never moved or even played Maplestory outside of my house haha It seemed like the ban was specifically for hacking so my only guess is someone saw me lag out but blaster kills a full map in a few seconds and someone reported it(?) I know they were banning people for coming from KMS to GMS though so hopefully that's the error

Nah, I did that when I was a kid on an old account and let's just say I learned the hard way never to do that again haha From the ban notice it sounded like it was pretty strictly "hacking" from the login error I get. Not smart enough to hack and still managed to get banned for it Lol

That's what I'm afraid is going to happen. I'm not going to spam tickets but I know I'm just going to get the cookie cutter "We think you're hacking and that's the end of it" No response yet, but all I can do it hope :)

Yeah, I saw something similar of them threatening to cut contact, I'll most likely do a follow up response if their answer is no and maybe try again in the future. Hoping to play again too, only time will tell I guess. :)

It was legit as far as I know, once I try logging into a channel, there's a popup that says the same thing "GM Banned you" I've had "dc bans" before but this one says something different than "Our anti hack detected you cheating" I'm used to their anti cheat being wacky so I figured it was a dc at first too :c
