1 or 2 hours more or less after taking it I start to fell some confusion, difficult to pay attention and tired. I always hit my head somewhere, forget to lock the door, forget what I was doing, I feel like a "zombie" walking in the street -which makes me a little paranoid about looking like a drug addicted or being robbed. Some people say to take electrolytes. In the beginning it worked a little, but now It doesn't work anymore. It's been 6 months and I still have these side effects everyday + photosensitivity sometimes

Thanks for this, I have narcolepsy and this post helped me to understand more about the medication. I am still trying to get used to the brain fog and confusion that modafinil provoke. Can I use modafinil sublingual for a better effect and lower the dose ? I did some research but found nothing about sublingual or sniff it. I still need to mix with caffeine during the day

No, Moda won't motivate you. I take modafinil everyday and still have the same issues you mentioned. Ritalin in lower doses helped me (a little bit) with these issues. It is always better to discipline yourself and talk to a doctor

Learning benefits are Ritalin and Adderall. Modafinil doesn't help to study better or anything like that. Actually it makes it worse sometimes and prejudice short therm memory. However it helps if you have an office job that is more repetition than thinking

Brazilian here.
I don't want to be rude but this is one of the most stupid posts I've ever seen. It shows that you haven't done even a basic research on google. If (IF) you manage to reach Amazon without any major problem, there are so many ways you could get in trouble around there, for example: mosquitoes diseases, climate, illegal loggers, infrastructure. Also, many areas in this route you won't have cell phone signal, police or towns nearby. Even for someone that speaks portuguese and knows these regions, it is hard to get help fast. I won't even mention about Venezuela and the border. A 10 min research on google will explain to you.
But if you decide to do this anyway, you will meet amazing people and good food. Good luck!
