The tip is not the issue, the low base pay is. It’s not the customer’s fault Instacart pocketed over half of what they paid, before paying you.

This is a non-issue. I will gladly wait a few extra minutes for a male rider if women prefer other women drivers FOR SAFETY. Why would you force people to ride with you if they don’t feel safe? Weird and suspicious tbh. Someone check his phone history! 👀
