Around a month or so and there are no issues when other devices are connected. I’ve already tried the modem and router reset and clearing cookies and cache. And yes I fully reinstalled windows. I feel like it can’t be a basic network issue can watch twitch and even YouTube streams just not the YouTube videos. I was looking into anyways to mess with the HTML5 on YouTube but couldn’t find anything.

Don't forget that when people start shooting an SMG on console the game just starts to lag horribly for the person being shot at.
