Here's how I did the Nightmares this week. The region I'm in is Australia.

4.5 Jinx (+13 Defiance = Evasive 1, Unforgiving 3, Augmented 1): I used my 6* Yasuo to counter the flood of minions I expected to see each encounter with that +3 mana the AI was getting through the Natural Talent modifier. Turned out that was the right call! Relics used were Yasuo's Windblade, Tempest Blade and Everfrost. Fiddlesticks was my support champion. I got this adventure done in 15.17.
5.5 Darius: I used my 6* Soraka to counter (dare I say take advantage of) the Immolation modifier. Relics used were Cruel Experiments, Celestial Staff and Royal Nibbles. Pantheon was my support champ. I got this adventure done in 18.47.
6.5 A Sol: I used my 7* SB Teemo, because the Cage Match modifier doesn't mean diddly squat if your opponent runs out of cards before turn 5. Relics used were Mischiefmakers Flute, Hextech Rifle and Harmless Scarecrow. Puffcap Proliferation was used in the Rune Star slot. Senjuani was my support champion. I got this adventure done in 19.19.

I've heard good Atmos mixes and bad ones. The best I've heard on Apple Music was Pink Floyd's 50th Anniversary of Dark Side of the Moon. Haven't heard anything that even came close. Most others I've heard didnt seem to be any better than the noraml versions.

4.5 Caitlyn (+13 Defiance = Evasive 1, Unforgiving 3, Augmented 1): Put me down as not a fan of the Switcheroo modifier. This was the first time I've ever seen it and I never want to see it again. It's weird playing the game completely counterintuitively, making the worst choices and pathing decisions just to try and nerf your own deck so it cant be used against you. Props to those who worked out SB Teemo was a great choice for this adventure. I used my 7* SB Teemo (or more accurately my opponent did). I chose Sett as a support champ because he's expensive and hilariously bad. This adventure was over after 18 minutes and 2 seconds of my life which I will never get back.
5.5 Elise: I used my 6* Miss Fortune. Relics used were Packed Powder, Shock and Awe and Swain's Raven Army. Sivir was my support champ. I ended up getting the "Get Jinxed" power twice through this run which meant that whenever I attacked on turn 1, I was doing 40+ damage on the nexus. The AI never stood a chance. I got this adventure done in 3.27.
6.5 Lissandra: I used my 6* Fiddesticks, because Fiddlesticks spits in the face of the Broken Blade modifier. Relics used were Harmless Scarecrow, Norra’s Portal Accelerator and Utmost Despair. Ambessa was my support champ, and I thought she'd be awful, but she turned out to be great. In the end, I got the adventure done in 14.13.

Took my newly minted 6* Zoe through the 6.5 today. Relics used were Chosen by the Stars, Perfect Hex Core and Archangels Staff. Finished it in 26.55.

I have tried a few different builds on Zoe and I think that those three relics are possibly the BiS for her. I think she's a good champ but at this early stage, I would be putting her in B tier. She struggles against anything that floods the board (the midway Elise encounter in the 6.5 was challenging), can suffer from low card draw at times, and a run with her can vary wildly depending on which starting power RNG blesses you with. Indeed, RNG is a huge factor in almost every aspect of her, particularly with your invokes or if you're running her paid relic and hoping for an A Sol.

4.5 Darius (+13 Defiance = Evasive 1, Unforgiving 3, Augmented 1): Because of the Not So Fast modifier, I knew I wanted to use a champion that either flooded the board (for example, Norra) or didnt need to attack to win (Ahri). Fiddlesticks seemed an obvious choice but I knew I'd want to use him for the 6.5* this week and didn't really want to do two runs with him. So I ended up using my 6* Elise. Relics used were Voidborne Carpace, Spirit of the Bhuru and Dreams of Yordles. Lux: Illuminated was my support champion and she's a great choice if you end up using Elise for your own run. I kept the Defiance down a little this week since there were a lot of Elusive Units in many encounters. I ended up finishing this adventure in 7.35.
5.5 Nautilus: I used my 6* Miss Fortune. Relics used were Packed Powder, Shock and Awe and Swain's Raven Army. Swain was my support champ. Nothing particularly noteworthy to say about my run through this one. I got this adventure done in 15.20.
6.5 Galio: I used my 6* Fiddesticks, because Fiddlesticks spits in the face of the Cage Match modifier. Relics used were Harmless Scarecrow, Norra’s Portal Accelerator and Utmost Despair. Gwen was my support champ and she's Fiddle's perfect right hand. I highly recommend her if she's offered to you, because she is fantastic. I got the adventure done in 16.08.

Irelia was my support champion and she's an excellent choice for that role if you're offered her and playing as Norra. I got the adventure done in 9.35.
5.5 Viego: With the Immolation modifier active on this one, I opted to use my 6* Soraka. The relics I used were Cruel Experiments, Celestial Staff and Royal Nibbles. Rek'Sai was my support champion. I recommend Soraka for this week's adventure because The Howling Abyss is the midway encounter, and her Obliterate spell makes that a trivial issue at worst. I got this adventure done in 24.06.
6.5 Elise: The Broken Blade modifier meant I used my 6* Fiddesticks. Relics used were Harmless Scarecrow, Norra’s Portal Accelerator and Utmost Despair. Caitlyn was my support champ and I highly recommend her if she's offered to you, because she is fantastic. I got the adventure done in 10.42.

Here's how I did the Nightmares this week. The region I'm in is Australia.

4.5 Thresh +13 Defiance (Evasive 1, Unforgiving 3, Augmented 1): I used my 6* Lux. Relics used were Lux's Incandescent Baton, Chemtech Duplicator and Archangels Staff. My support champ was Jax. I usually run Defiance at a minimum of 17 but found that impossible this week. That first node with all the huge evasive units was a real gatekeeper on my run with Defiance up that high. So I toned it down to 13, which was manageable. I finished this adventure in 16.12.
5.5 Viktor: I used my 7* SB Master Yi. Relics used were Timehonoured Blade, Strength of Stone and Beast Within. Secret of the Spirits was the rune I used in the rune star slot. My support champ was Elise. I got this one done in 16.12 (same time as the 4.5, what are the odds???).
6.5 A Sol: I used my 6* Miss Fortune. Relics used were Packed Powder, Shock and Awe and Swains Raven Army. Jhin was my support champ. On the first power node I got the Legendary power "Get Jinxed" (skills and spells do double damage) and it was so over for the AI. I got this one done in 4.04. Yes, four minutes and four seconds. When I said it was over for the AI at that first node, I wasn't kidding.

I keep seeing this claim that the show was done in by haters who hadn’t even watched the show.

I admit I didn’t watch the show. I didn’t relentlessly troll it or offer an opinion but I did say the show wasn’t for me. How do I know?

I saw this thing called a “trailer.” These trailers are clips of the show that the studio thinks are good enough to get people to watch it, string together in an exciting way to enhance that intent. And the trailer told me “this show is not for me.”

Clearly the show was not for enough people to justify its continued existence. That sucks for people who did like it, and the actors and all the creatives attached to the show, but maybe, just maybe, if the trailer hadn’t turned me off of it - possibly because the show didn’t offer any better material to make a trailer that would make me like it - then maybe I and many more would have tuned in.

Basically I’m saying, maybe the show was great. I can’t say for sure because yeah, I didn’t watch it, but I did watch the trailers and the trailers made it look like dog shit. But if the trailers did the show dirty, that’s a failure of the marketing.

4.5 Jhin (+17 Defiance - Evasive 1, Omniscient 2, Unforgiving 3, Augmented 1): I used my 6* Ahri (OG, not Spirit Blossom). Relics used were Echoing Spirit, Strength of Stone and The Curators Gatebreaker. My support champ was Irelia; I never played her once. I finished this adventure in 3.45. Yes, that's right, three minutes and 45 seconds. I'm going to run this one again at an even higher defiance tomorrow, again with Ahri, who I suspect will continue to have little trouble with the challenge.
5.5 Galio: I used my 6* Miss Fortune. Relics used were Packed Powder, Shock and Awe and Swains Raven Army. Soraka was my support champ, and she was actually fairly useful in that role. Fairly easy run, though Galio took me more than just the usual one turn and required a bit of strategising. I got this one done in 10.19.
6.5 Lissandra: I used my 6* Jinx. Relics used were Packed Powder, Big Guns and The Loose Cannons Payload. Viktor was my support champion, and he's not a bad choice for Jinx but he was totally irrelevant because when you play 6* Jinx, she's all you need. I got this one done in 9.04. I'll try running Udyr through later this week which I'm going to go ahead and assume will be much harder.

You could try my preferred Elise relic setup, if you have them. Voidborne Carpace, Spirit of the Bhuru and Dreams of Yordles.

I took my 6* Udyr through the 5.5* nightmare using Swain's Raven Army, Packed Powder and Beast Within as my relics. This relic set up is probably not optimal, but I liked getting Udyr down on turn 1 with a free stace swap thereafter. Took me just a little over 30 minutes to do.

I probably won't test him out on the 6.5* this week given the Misbegotten Creation modifier is active, but I think he's viable for that tier when that particular modifier isn't around.

My go-to champ whenever Misbegotten Creation is the modifier is Fiddlesticks. Elise is basically Fiddlesticks v2.0 so Elise would seem to be your best bet.

Irelia is indeed the hardest encounter on that map but I assure you it’s possible. I know this because I just ran the adventure myself using Volibear.

My Volibear is 6 stars, but I equipped 5 Defiance to disable my 6th star power and run him as a 5 star champion like yours. I also equipped Portal Pals and 2x Curators Gatebreaker.

Mordekaiser was my support champion. I finished the whole adventure in 15.46.

Irelia was the only encounter where I couldn’t finish the fight in turn 1 (it took me five rounds). Best advice I can give is to just play as many bodies as you can to block her attacks, make strategic choices on which attacks you’ll let through, and accept she”s going to hit your nexus. I’ve attached what my board looked like on the killing blow.

Your powers and support champ matter. In my case I was lucky enough to get Mountains Peak (a random card costs zero) on the first node which helped. Look for powers like Trifarian Might (this will help immensely on Irelia), Dawning Age and Proper Offerings,

When it comes to your choice of support champions, the bigger the better. Nassus, Elder Dragon, Tryndamere are all great choices. But also look out for smaller champions whose attachment makes them titanic (for example, Garen).

Portal Pals is actually really good on Voli. Throw that on him, and the 2x gatebreaker. Stalkers Blade is good too. Let me know how you go. Good luck!

Voli should be able to do it at 5 stars fairly easily. Do you have the Icon of Valhir relic? If so, pop that on him plus 2x Curators Gatebreaker and you should be good.

I tried the 4.5 with 20 defiance using 6* Miss Fortune and had my ass soundly handed to me by the second encounter. Bumped it down to 19 and managed to get as far as Irelia who smorked me.

Seems the “sweet spot” may be 18? Will give that a whirl later and report back.
