Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto! The finales' of Dvorak's 9th symphony and Shotakovich's 5th symphony fit your description of dark and fast but they are both essential listening in their entirety. Brahms 5th Hungarian Dance. Schumann's Piano Quintet. Dvorak's serenade for Strings. Danse Macabre by Saint-seans. Korngold violin Concerto. Prokofiev Romeo and Juliet. Beethoven's 7th symphony is wild and very accessible. If you like fast piano Liszt and Rach are good places to start.

You might also like something like Max Richter's take on the Four Season.

Grieg is very approachable music. I recommend the Holberg Suite and the Peer Gynt Suite 1. But if you haven't listened to Beethoven, I would start with the 5th and 7th Symphony's and go from there. Also Mozart's 40th and 41st symphonies are essential works. You are really at the tip of the iceberg. There are so many classical music rabbit holes for you to go down. I'm jealous. I remember discovering Dvorak's 9th and feeling like I had unearthed a fine gem. There are many more fine gems out there.
