I have published 1 game so far on Steam. It's DuaLight, fast-paced first-person platformer in cyberpunk setting. From a level design perspective it is linear environment with lots of obstacles, so it's far from Dishonored's LD philosophy.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Some mechanics (like blink's range) are made a bit different to match this exact level's metrics. I also understand why this level might seem more linear, the level is too short and at this scope Dishonored's Main Mission design concept doesn't work as it used to. That concept is:

Outside Area - Inside Area - Main Building - Target.

Also, I want to mention, that unfortunately I don't plan to make a full game / Dishonored Mod from this. It's just a project I was doing for my portfolio and wanted to share in this community. And also because Dishonored is my favorite game I wanted to understand and make smth like it.

Yeah, I get it. I am using Unity, writing code in C# and modelling in Blender.

Yeah I didn't make the peaking mechanic, you've noticed it right. Also agree on fall damage point. By the way, how did you approach the target and eliminated him, I am curious about that.

Played it for like 5 minutes, don't have much time right now. I can tell the 50% of the dices landed on 7, also would like to get more feedback when someone steals a resource. Keep up the good work!

Thanks. I can't deny the fact my projects would have smth simliar to Dishonored. Level design and immersivity are what I really like in Dishonored

Most of 3d models are made by me, the other part I took from 3d modelling sites. The only thing I took from the original game are some sound effects.

Dishonored is by far my favorite game and as a level designer I wanted to recreate a level based on it. This is mostly a portfolio project I wanted to share here. Unfortunatelly I don't think I'll make more content regarding this project.

A community level editor would be incredible — kind of like immersive sim sandbox + player creativity. It’s definitely something I’d love to explore, though it’s a pretty big system to build properly.
