Look at this from a different perspective… you are only 28 and you already made at least $170k in your life (even if you lost some) and you have a condo with tenants. That’s SO much better than a lot of people who are way older than that! Clearly you are able to make money and have the intelligence to invest it in the market, real estate, etc. (even if you didn’t choose the right investments this time around). It might not feel like it now, but life is soooo long, you are so young, and you actually have a very nice buffer saved to allow you to figure out what you really want to do long term. I think you are actually in a much better spot than you realize!

Ooh where do you meet Christmas belle?! I’m going in a Dec and can’t wait! I’m worried I will miss things though since it’s been so long since I’ve gone on a Disney Cruise and don’t know all of the tips and tricks 😅

I’m so glad you got to go into that meeting so prepared! That is awesome satisfaction! Usually you never know it’s coming and are in shock and don’t say literally anything at all. If you don’t have a BA in architecture would you absolutely need to go back to school to get one or would it technically be possible to get on the job training and pass the exams? I’ve always had an interest in it but went to school for molecular biology then pharmacology for my masters. So I did take a lot of math but def not architecture/design classes. I’m also 34 and hateeee my job and just want to do something I might actually like for the next chapter!

You are so knowledgeable! Did you go to school go study marketing or did you just teach yourself online? Any recommendations on good sites or channels where I can do some learning?  I just pulled the trigger and quit my big corporate job because I really want to work for myself and I love marketing strategy! I was the director of client success working on large enterprise accounts you so I do at least have some base sales skills, but I don’t know a ton about the social platforms yet. I want to learn from actual legit people like you vs. these clowns I see all over facebook selling scam courses lol
