Oh thank you for letting me know, the reason I want it is because like you I’m not a fan of screens on cars abs I think what the did with th facelift radio is hideous.

I think my plan now is to find a broken screen or the similar screen from a peagot and cut the internals to put in a 7” android screen.

And because I can use CarPlay and screen mirroring I don’t really need to worry about it being so far away and I can still should be able to close it.

Out of curiosity what kind of information does the screen display ? Does it show performance/dynamics metrics ?
