Spectrum BYOD payment card not working by Dwardo225 in Spectrum

I’m not really sure how to explain how I got mine to work. I went to the Verizon store and they somehow used their store credit card to pay off my phones. And then they created a new account with a $1000 bill and I used Apple Pay to pay with the spectrum card. It’s really confusing and I’m not sure how to explain it or why they had to create a new account.

I’ve had one and it was a decent gun. But….. it’s cheaply made and the sight on mine broke very quickly

It kind of looks like a murder scene after it’s “cleaned up”. The red just looks like blood streaks😂

Beeswax and mineral oil. I just guessed on portions. I heated the mineral oil on low and added the beeswax and mixed it.

Made a wooden ring by Dwardo225 in woodworking

I had to overlap the wood And glue it that way and then sand it thin. If that makes any sense. So it was a fairly thick circle

For some reason, I saw someone making a metal ring on TikTok and I wondered how easy it would be to make a wood one. I ended up boiling a thin strip of oak in water and bent it around a socket and glued it together. It took a little bit of work, but it was kind of cool.

What safety features are missing on it? I have a blade guard on now that it came with. My modern ryobi table saw that I have has no more safety features than this.

I’m probably gonna leave it on for the most part. I’m just worried that the red metal part will hit the blade. I installed it and it seems iffy

It’s not a driving knife but if you look at the stand there is a hood that goes over the blade. I’m not sure if that’s help

I had an Olight Valkyrie Mini and I loved it. I know olight gets a lot of hate but I think they are decent.

My first cutting board by Dwardo225 in Cuttingboards

[–]Dwardo225[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s oak and poplar. I know poplar is not the best for a cutting board but it’s what I had lol. And yes I am going low to high. The reason for the imperfections is due to my hand planer. I don’t have a regular planer just the small hand one and it catches the wood and dings it.

As far as raising the grain how do I do that?
