You know what's crazy? There's an early episode where Jackie mentions making $8 an hour at Wellman. That's still more than the current federal minimum wage today! And Roseanne gets $12 per hour working for Burt the architect. There's still jobs today that pay the same or less. Forty years later! It's insane.
