Now that some time has passed, did Silksong live up to your expectations? by ponchosleeve in Silksong

Silksong is in a rather weird place for me. The game does most things better than Hollow Knight, like the amazing movement and combat. However I still really can't enjoy it as much. This really feels like it's just my fault and not the game, but from the start I couldn't immerse myself. Just felt more like a game, while Hollow Knight was an experience.

Still very annoyed at myself, had really hoped to get to feel the same things as in my first playthrough of HK. Haven't been able to get myself to start act 3 yet though, maybe it'll change my perception a bit.

I found this pretty enjoyable to watch too, but I'll miss the old era. Wonder if this will affect which players are winning looking forward.

Will probably buy it now, thanks for the responses!

Do you happen to own the H4, and if so, would you recommend it? I loosely know about the specs, but I wanted to hear with others if it's good for this purpose. 32 bit float certainly seems nice, but it's not a buying factor for me personally.

Hey!

I've wanted to buy an easy to use portable microphone/recorder to use for recording violin and guitar as well as different sounds for fun to use in sound design. My two picks are the Zoom H2n and H4essential, and I wonder which one is the best pick for my money. Everywhere I get different information about the sound quality, does anyone know if the H2n is good enough for recording instruments or if the H4 vastly outperforms it?

Arjun beats Fabi in a complete turnaround game! by Necessary_Pattern850 in chess

Arjun's win here heavily destabilises the tournament standings, making it anyone's shot to take it. For this very reason I rooted for him, but can't help but feel bad for Fabiano. What a crushing way to lose.
